During the event, "When food meets fashion", organized in La Rinascente in Piazza Duomo in Milan, I came in the wake of a coffee flavor very unique and unusual.

Following the trail I got to the tasting area of the renowned firm of Vescovi Padova.

The tasting proposed covered coffee obtained from single-origin blends with the use of the classic moka, according to the ritual of the traditional italian coffee break.

I followed the detailed informations which the staff offered to visitors on the techniques simple, but important, to get the best coffee with mocha.

Remember, the tank must be filled with hot water, in order to speed up the return of the coffee and avoid pre-cooked and dispersion of flavorings.

Did you know then that there are about 800 different aromas that emanate from a cafe?

Considerable the interest of the visitors, who also arrived from Australia and Japan.

As for the future trend and market strategies of Vescovi, the commercial director Mr. Dennis Meneghetti explained  me  the Top line, intended for the most demanding palates and markets.

A line of 100% Arabica beans selected from the best crops: India, Brazil, Ethiopia, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.

The packaging is very elite, in the simplicity of the design but especially in the two warm metallic  satinated colors.

The Top range is illustrated with a new brochure, with a very attractive and luxurious line.
