Ho avuto modo di vedere e "toccare" dal vivo un ambiente cucina La Cornue.
Mi hanno impressionato la qualità e la ricercatezza dei particolari e delle forme. La tecnologia è, contemporaneamente, ai massimi livelli.
Il risultato finale è un vero e proprio laboratorio tecnologico per alta cucina, che però non stravolge esteticamente i canoni tradizionali.
Finalmente abbiamo un prodotto fuori dai minimalismi estremi e dalla impersonalità, (caratteristiche che purtroppo oggigiorno caratterizzano il mercato)
Gli chef, anche quelli di casa, possono lavorare in un ambiente pratico, confortevole, ma di carattere. Decisamente un ambiente caldo e accogliente che invoglia a cucinare. Buon appetito !

I got to see and "touch" live a La Cornue kitchen environment .I was impressed with the quality and the attention to details and shapes.
The technology is , at the same time , at the highest levels .
The end result is a veritable technological laboratory for haute cuisine , but it does not upset the traditional aesthetic canons .We finally have a product out of extreme minimalism and impersonality , ( unfortunately nowadays features that characterize the market )
The chefs , even those at home , they can work in a practical , comfortable, but of character. Definitely a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to cook.
