A Milano, Il Piccolo è nel cuore di Brera, proprio di fronte al Piccolo Teatro.Una delle più importanti istituzioni culturali della città ha ispirato il nostro nome e il nostro logo.
Del resto, creare un ambiente è un po' come allestire uno spettacolo: vi giocano un ruolo essenziale sia l'arte sia la tecnica.
Si parte dal soggetto (l'idea di una casa in cui abitare, lo schizzo di uno stilista per un negozio), si scrive la sceneggiatura (il progetto architettonico), si fa un casting accurato (gli artigiani) e infine si realizza lo spettacolo coordinando le professionalità più diverse. Spesso, lo si porta lontano, dall'altra parte del mondo.Nulla funziona senza la capacità di immaginare e sognare, ma anche di pianificare e organizzare.
Come a teatro per la prima, ci sono scadenze ineludibili: l'inaugurazione, il negozio, l'aeroporto o l'ufficio che apre quel dato giorno. E quel giorno tutto deve essere perfetto.
Con una differenza però: qui non ci sono scene da osservare da lontano, da realizzare per il tempo dello spettacolo e poi buttarle via. Ci sono luoghi da abitare per sempre, negozi da percorrere e da toccare.
Tutto deve essere pensato e realizzato per durare, essere esperito, vissuto, visto da vicino.

In Milan, Il Piccolo is in the heart of Brera, right in front of Il Piccolo Theater. One of the most important cultural institutions of the city inspired our brand and our logo. After all, making a working environment is a little bit like setting up a show: an essential role is played both by art and by technique.
Begin the subject (the idea of a home where to live, the draft of a stylist for a shop), write the script (the architectural project), make an accurate casting (the craftsmen) and finally realize the show organizing the most different professionalisms. Often it’s taken far away, to the other part of the world. Nothing works without the capacity of imaging and dreaming, neither without planning and organizing.
As in a theatre for the Premiere, there are inescapable deadlines: the opening, the shop, the airport or the officethat opens on that determined day. And that day must be perfect.
But with a difference: here there are no scenes to be watched from afar, realized only for the showtime and then thrown away.
There are places where to live forever, shops to go through and to touch.
Everything must be thought and realized to last in time, to be used, lived, seen close by.
With the best materials and a perfection up till the smallest details.
La sede de "il Piccolo" a Milano, è un luogo decisamente strategico.
La posizione è centrale e di facile accesso. Lo spazio, con ampie vetrine, è molto luminoso.
L'arredo interno, il gioco di colori e materiali rende il tutto molto accattivante. Anche la scelta degli arredi, dell'illuminazione e degli oggetti esposti, segue una rigorosa logica selettiva ed estetica.
Il team che gestisce lo showroom è gentile e disponibile.

"Il Piccolo" in Milan, is a place definitely strategic.
The location is central and easy to access.
All the space, with large windows, is very bright.
The interior decoration, the play of colors and materials makes it very appealing.
Even the choice of furniture, lighting and objects on display, follow a strict selective logic and aesthetics.
All people of the team that manages the showroom are friendly and helpful.
